I'm back

After almost a month off, I'm back on the running circuit. I'm up to 2.5 mile runs... I really need to drop some weight though. But it's good to be out and active again. My knees and shins are filling great...

I'm going to run 3-4 miles 3 days a week, then a long run on saturday...so I guess today is my long run.
