Goals

Buddy...I need to weigh myself and set some goals. Maybe the first is to get a scale. Next diet, next workout schedule. We should run at least once a week together buddy.

I agree buddy, goals are crucial. I think too, it's good to have a sport that you are priding yourself on getting better or training for. For example, my new sport is "jogging", and I have events (the 10k, half marathon, etc) that I'm training for...it's like having a better, more definite deadline for a goal... So if you ever want to pick a sport, basketball, tennis, raquetball, etc--then we can train for it... It makes training have a purpose, other than just health or losing weight--and makes it a lot more fun.
