Well, I certainly faced down some temptations today...sugared soda and cookies were all over the place at work, but I didn't partake of any of them. It's not an S day. In fact, my work gave us catered Goodwood, which came complete with those yummy cinnamon hard candies that are so good to eat afterwards, and even those were met by my stiff-armed declination.
The day is not over, but I'm cruising into the home stretch. How'd today go for you buddy?
